1. Catering Services:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 3-7 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.

2. Spice Mix Orders:

• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Refunds:

1. Catering Services:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

2. Spice Mix Orders:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

• Return shipping costs for unopened and unused products will be the responsibility of the customer.
